WolfHawk Spirit Retreat: Venue Rental Guide
Welcome to WolfHawk Spirit Retreat. Our property offers a private, primitive, and serene environment perfect for workshops, retreats, and gatherings.
Special Introductory rates apply to those booking for the first time, see introductory rates along with base prices below.
All venue bookings require a $150 refundable booking hold/ damage/clean-up deposit due at time of booking. If booking is cancelled refund becomes null and non-refundable.
What is Included
Exclusive use of designated workshop area and access to 2 acres of cleared land.
Access to the on-site box car (when specified in booking).
Solar lighting
Camp fire pits
2 Drum circle and ceremony spaces with straw bales for sitting.
Designated camping area
Sanitation provided
150$ for one porta potty 1-75 guests, available at this price for up to 1-5 days. This is included in the venue rental price. You must book 45 days ahead of time so that we can secure the porta potty
Policies & Liability
Liability Policy: By booking, the organizer acknowledges that the property is primitive. All guests must sign the WolfHawk Liability Waiver. The organizer is responsible for obtaining any necessary event liability insurance. WolfHawk Spirit Retreat assumes no responsibility for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property.
Liability waiver and short-term rental agreement will be sent once you've contacted us and booked the space.
